NO power/boost smoking like a train

I have an 03 6.0 and i started my truck after lunch and it had a rough idle when i left i had no boost no power and was just rolling black smoke truck ran fine before lunch all the boots r still good and where they r suppose to be i was told my turbo is sticking but i just had it cleaned 10k miles ago anyone know anything going to check my egr right now but any help would be great

same thing happened to me today but mine is white smoke... just put a post up as well

Take out your VGT solenoid and find a scan tool to control it. Put your thumb over the plunger and push down while controlling the solenoid on the scan tool. If you can feel the plunger moving, your solenoid is most likely ok. If not, replace the VGT solenoid. Wouldnt think your turbo would stick within 10k miles but you never know. As far as EGR valve goes, when you pull it out, see if there are any coking deposits on it and look down into the manifold also and see how dirty it is and if there are any big coking deposits in there too.
