blue smoke at start?

well where do i start now that it's gotten cold here in nc it seems like when i start my truck for the first time everday it poors blue smoke till it gets warm and if i start out befor it gets warm like past 2000 rpms it misses and dont wanna get up and go likes it's not getting no fuel or i dont know. but it i let it warm up befor i leave it's fine it runs great and when it gets warm it runs great so you guys tell me

How often do you change your oil, and are using dino or synthetic? Mine only smoked when cold and switching to T6 5w-40 Rotella and 8oz of Rev-x cleared it up within the first couple days.

every 5,000 and i just use rotella not cyn
