bad injector

my brother in law baught as is an 03 6.0 with 200K on the clock. Schieds computer found the cause of it bogging down so much, and also found his #8 injector was weak. Can he just replace the one, and be fine or should he save up to replace them all this spring?

i told him to do that, but he wasn't sure how much longer the other 7 stockers would last, he thought he could replace all of them at once, maybe cost more but atleast he wouldn't have to worry about anymore going bad within the next 200K hopefully
