fuel filter

How difficult should the cap be to remove from the lower fuel filter?

Should it be so snug that you think you are going to break the plastic cap?
is there a replacment billit aluminum one?

lower fuel filter. Is that a 6.0 thing or am I missing something? Is there more than one filter on the 7.3L?

I am not sure how many are on a 7.3 there is a fuel filter on the 6.0 up ontop of the engine and one under the truck in the frame rail

okay. thanks. I felt a little pucker as I read that. I am kinda nutty about changing filters often. Preventive maintenance save lots of money IMO.

just changed mine today, try a socket and swivel ratchet, it makes things alot easier
