oil pan gasket leaking

I was under my truck yesterday and noticed that my oil pan gasket is leaking. How hard is it to drop the pan and replace the gasket. It didnt apear that it would be that hard but sometimes that isnt the case when you get into it. Has anyone done this with the engine in the truck. Thanks in advance for your help.
