Head gaskets probably. Tee- in a gauge and monitor cooling system pressure, an ECT and EOT. Check if the ECT/EOT is within 15 degrees. If not, repair that first. If it is, and you are getting 16psi pressure in the cooling system, it is likely a head gasket leak.

Check all other coolig system components for leakage, restriction, and proper operation first.

I am inclined to an external leak, if it was getting into the combustion process
it would show smokeing signs from exhaust. You state there is no smoke issues.

Follow the aforementioned test procedures. Check your test equipment and connections aren't leaking giveing you a false reading. Look for external signs of water leakage at all connection points, also along the edges of the heads. Check for water in the oil/pan. If you are looseing water it has to go somewhere.

Also bear in mind the earlier degas bottles were mislabled for water level.
A manufacturer error.

What are the exact test pressures you are useing, bear in mind the 6.0 uses a low water pressure system, it is not like the old systems that had in some cases a 30 PSI operateing range, if you pump it up too far past the cap rateing you will show a rapid pressure loss untill the system stabilizes.

Any idea what dates were considered early for these mislabled bottles?
Thanks

I haven't pressure checked mine, but I'm still losing coolant and I don't have white smoke either. Subscribing.

The 03's were misslabled from the gitgo LOL it just took em a while to figure/admit it and I think mid 04 to late 04 is when they started issueing the little sticker.

I remeber a TSB to tell people to keep the level just above the low mark until the stickers were sent out.
