TBC Fault after getting back from FORD...READ

I take my 06 f250 in for a head gasket change and ARP stud install all under warantee. I get the truck back and now when u press the brakes a TBC Fault flashes on the dash. it does this every time i press the brakes to stop. It also lit the ABS bulb for a little bit but finally it went off. I have also noticed that my truck kinda starts slowly. When i say starts slowly i mean like the batteries are weak or something. This is happening even without a trailer hooked up or anything..

Keep in mind that everything was working properly before it went in to the Dealership. Does anyone have a clue as to what this could be. Thanks in advance!
