HELP!!!

I have a 04 6.0. lately the engine idles erratically at idle. when its in drive it either bogs down or trys to take off. i have to keep my foot on the brake pretty hard so i dont rear end the car in front of me. it does it when i'm driving except it trys to take off. the other day it died while i was sitting in traffic but cranked right back up. i took it to the dealership and said no error codes came back. anyoe have any idea what could be causing it to do this?

Could be the injection control pressure sensor.

thats what i thought it was too but the sensor was brand new.
