that sounds like the problem Im having. does it stop when you turn on the directional or step on the brake? I tore apart the lower dash looking for the source of the sound.the flasher is behind there thats were the noise was coming from . after I took it out and looked up the part number online I found info on another site were someone replaced the flasher and the noise didnt stop. turns out it was a problem with turn signal/ headlight dimmer switch . I wish I had a way to confirm that is always what causes this problem I would like to change it myself but dont want to just be throwing parts at it if its something else
