A little help Please

03 F350 4x4, 186596 miles. Died on me last week, like it ran out of fuel. Dealer diagnosed and replaced ICP.

Trouble is now the truck won't get out of it's own way, I can get up to 65 - 70 mph but it takes a while, mash the throttle and nothing, let it off and it picks up, but acceleration is not an option, I have had to park it because I could get killed or worse kill someone on the highway's down here.

Fuel filters are new and no idiot light, I unplugged the EGR today but no change, it was cleaned about 2 months ago.

Any ideas ??

Thanks

Well it's getting late here, and I think I have it figured out.
I am going to pick up a regulator (or rebuild kit) Saturday.

Went through the regulator yesterday, checked FICM voltage (good) pulled and cleaned EGR valve.
Disconnected batteries overnight, fired her up this morning, ran pretty good cold, but the warmer the motor got the slower it got. No improvements at all.

Anything over a quarter throttle and all I get is black smoke and no increase in acceleration, let the the throttle come back to a quarter and it will clean up and pull, albeit slowly.

Spent the best part of the weekend removing and cleaning the turbo, no change in symptoms.

I'm out of cash and ideas, can anyone "Please" point me in the right direction.

Before the motor gets up to operating temp I have all the power I want, as soon as she is warm, I lose it.
Still no codes.

Anyone ?
