Need help

just got my truck studded egr delete oil cooler coolant filter stc fitting ipr sensor and truck is puking still tech had heads checked was in really good shape. I have the tea kettle sound and coolant only pukes when running Erics extreme street when stock does not puke but still tea kettle sound. I now know to lower coolant level when running hot tunes. also pulled the return line to degas bottle on cold start and and was getting quite a bit of air so im confused and wondering what else it possibly could be or might be HGs again tell me what you think thanks.

How did the tech check the heads?

either something on the installation was fubared, or the heads or block are warped, cracked ect.
