Turbo sound??

When my engine is below operating temp. when i get down into it a little bit my turbo goes from the normal turbo whistle to a very high pitch whistle sound? it's kinda hard to explain the sound but if anyone else knows what i'm talking about could you please tell me what it so so i know if i have a problem or not?

What do u mean get down into it... If u mean into the throttle yes, if it's gets higher pitch when u go from 750 to 1750 yeah that's normal, mine will do it idling while it's warming up, it's just cycling and that's fine

it won't do it when idling and i can drive it easy and stay outta the throttle and it won't make the sound but if i get down to about 1/2 throttle it will... and sometime when it's warm and i'm rolling down the intersate and i get into it to pass someone it'll make the sound? and you say it's just cycling? do you mean my turbo is or what? what's cycling? and it won't do it when i'm not in gear so i'm pretty sure the sound is coming from the turbo

By cycling I mean the vgt and egr systems going on and off, an if it's just a high pitch wistle I wouldn't worry about it unlit u hear a wind like sound or if a dtc shows up

Can you make a video of it and post it on youtube? Not sure if what you're hearing is abnormal or not.
