Dumb ICP Question

Fuel on seeping up onto the ICP plug means the ICP is bad right? I pulled it off to check it and there was some oily fluid on it and it wasn't dye -electric grease. I tried to smell it but it wasn't fragrant enough for me to be 100% sure it was fuel

I could be wrong, but the ICP doesn't see fuel, only high pressure oil. If you have oil in the plug area, you need a new ICP.
