white smoke question

just recently i noticed my truck has white smoke coming out the exhaust. it doesnt smoke all the time though. not sure what that means. i havnt had to add any coolant and it doesnt look low either. other then that the truck drives fine, no loss of power or anything. i do have a egr delete... kinda. i took the cooler out and welded a plug in it and put it back in. so coolant i still going threw it but no exhaust.

how many plugs did you weld in it?

just 1?? welded a round plug on the cooler where it bolts to the exhaust
