6.0L intermittant oil pressure drop

I have a 05 F350 6.0l turbo that will intermitantly lose oil pressure and the check guages will come on. this has only happened twice and when shut the engine down and re-start the issue doesn't return for a couple weeks.
Any advice is greatly appreciated.

I would tend to think you either have a cluster issue or a sending unit issue. if you lost oil pressure on a 6.0 the engine would shut off. the injectors use high pressure oil to actuate, so without low pressure oil, you wont have high pressure oil.
