AE Scanner Help

In the Auto Enginuty Scanner there's an OnBoard Test Results tab. My friend's 05 gives all kinds of useful info there, but my 04 does nothing. Does the scanner just work differently for our two trucks? Should I be going back to my stock tune? Does that make a difference?

The trucks are basically the same, I dont know why the AE wouldnt be giving you any info on your vehicle. Mine is an '05 but it works correctly with either the stock tuning on it or with the extreme street aftermarket tune on it. Not sure what to tell you on that one, sorry.

But have you contacted Autoenginuity directly to get some help? They were most helpful to me when I was needing a bit of help when I upgraded to the RC of Win7 64 bit.

Send a message via AIM to WydOpen
I'm currently having issues with the software and my '06 6.0L PSD. They are sending me a patch/update. As Davey~do mentioned...the tech support is awesome and eager to help you out as best they can.

Give their tech line a call at (480) 827-8665.

Haven't had any problems with mine. I would give them a call like everyone suggested.
