Question Help 6.0 Electrical Problem

I have an 07' 6.0 and lately I have been having some weird electical problems. It all started when I noticed that when I plugged my truck in it started tripping my gfci. It had not done this before. If I plugged it in with a cord without the ground post it would not trip it. About a week later it started intermittant no starting. From what I have read on some other posts the ficm's are very picky about power. Could I have a ground problem somewhere? Maybe a short? I have done nothing electrical to the truck recently. Any help is appreciated.
