being an 650 its more than likely a bare chassis, outfitted with whatever it was used for previously. it is definetly on the cheaper side of the range, but nothing to raise suspicion. check it over real good, post of a vin to run oasis.

WOW. This truck has had not one, not two, but FOUR turbos replaced on it. Also has had two mufflers replaced, one of which included replacement of almost the entire exhaust system if I read correctly. The most recent repair to this truck saw the replacement of one injector and the glow plug control module. Here's the important piece of information. There was a legal CuDL contact filed on it. I don't have any further information on why the CuDL was filed. What this means, is the previous owner obviously wasn't happy with it.

why?

why would this truck have eaten 4 turbos in a couple of years? and what is a cudl? thanks for the help. Should I stay away or do you think its a decent truck, I know it was a delivery truck so it probably has a lot oshort miles on it.

I can't answer for you, due to the fact that I don't work on trucks that big at my dealer. If the operation is in fact similar to F-250 to F-550 applications, I would have to say a combination of poor maintenance and very short distance, light load usage.

CuDL = Customer Data Link. This is the avenue pursued to FoMoCo, when someone is disatisafied with the product and/or service provided by the repairing dealer.

I would probably have to pass, knowing what I now know about it. You now know why the asking price is so low.
