Need help to undersdtand DTC P0269

I have a '06 F250 that I have been going crazy trying to fix. It starts on one or two cylinders and will stay running only if I keep the RPM above 1200. It will gradually lose power and die out totally. I have checked FICM voltages, replaced fuel filters. I recently did an EGR delete and replaced the oil cooler. I am getting a DTC P0269: Cylinder 3 injector circuit contribution / balance fault - module fuel and air metering. I am not sure what that means, help!

may be going ona limb here but maybe sticking injector?
