6.0 smoking

I have a 03 F250 with the 6.0. Almost 143K. Nothing major replaced. Lots of flash updates. No real problems until recent. A couple of months ago my truck started running real rough. It caused the check engine light to come on. Through my flash tuner I got 2 different injector codes. I was away from home shopping when this happened and after 2 stops it was running good again. I cleared the codes(without writing them down). It has progressively smoked more and more. It smokes at idle and when driving, both on the factory tune and the 60HP tune. Fuel mileage down 3-4 mpg. I have cleaned the egr and it didnt make any difference. I am interested in any troubleshooting ideas or ideas on whats wrong. Me, I think its an injector problem and am planning on replacing all injectors.
