Mod 6.0 real bad cold start rough running
for starters i have an 06 king ranch 350 with 100,000 miles i have injectors turbo fuel pump studs egr delete sct tuner set on extreme race fuel filters have 500 miles on them
the problem: the truck starts really rough if it starts at all i cycle the glow plugs usually 3 times still only makes a marginal difference when it runs it sounds awful and smoke black raw fuel for a little while until it warms up. even after you let it warm up for 10 mins and go to drive it it spits and sputters and has no power even when it is fully warmed up it breaks up under heavy throttle to me it sounds like its not getting enough fuel but im not sure |

Sounds like you need the heat inductive flash. Also might be a injector(s) if you say it misses.

what is the heat inductive flash i just had the new flash from ford it was done last week

Who built the injectors?
Who wrote the tunes? |
Then you have the new FICM flash.
Have you tried pulling any DTC's off it yet? Also it could be the FICM itself causing your issues.

i have had the injectors for about 20000 miles and have had no issues with them up until now ill pm you the info on the tune and injector

Diagnostic trouble codes. Plug your sct into your obd2 port and then select the option that says read dtc(or something along those lines). Post in here what comes up.
Fuel Injector Control Module. It controls the fuel injectors and can cause the problems your are having |
