Moaning/whistling in dash

I've owned my 2006 f-250 lariat for a few months now. I travel alot around the country and put alot of miles one my truck. I bought it in October with around 55k and now I have about 75k on the clock. The truck has been running great until I came home to ohio for christmas from colorado. The truck drove great the entire way home but when I ran it the next day I got this strange moaning/whistling sound from behind my dash or firewall whenever I get on it. It only happens when the truck is warmed up. The truck has a banks six gun on it, which im saving to get replaced by a custom one. I pulled the tuner out of the truck and it still makes the noise. Other than that noise the truck really doesnt have any driveability issues. Additionally on my way back to colorado, when I would shut the truck down to fuel up that noise would come back approx 15 seconds after the truck was off. I do let the truck idle and cool down after I've been driving a while before killing the engine.

My fear is that the egr might be on its way out or it may be something else, like the wastegate? or even the turbo. I did have the oil changed right before I made the trip. Maybe the dealer knocked something loose. I dont have really any time to work on the truck myself till I come home for a vacation in a few weeks. But if any of you guys know of things I can check or do please let me know. I have a small set of tools out here I can do minor things with.

Pretty sure mines doing the same thing. Do you notice a lack of heat? My heat comes and goes, mostly cold now. Sometimes it even has coolant in it.
Into the dealer tomorrow.

I post again when I know whats wrong.

hey fellas thats what mine sounds like too.... 50,000 miles has been doing it for 7,000 and usually only under a decent load.... anyone know what it is? I replaced my coolant cap and that stopped it for awhile but it came back... but mine sounds just like the one in that vid... the diesel tech around me took a ride with me and he said "man that is weird" no codes though....

im pretty sure thats pressure coming out of the degas bottle cap. does your cap have a sticker with the caution label on it? or is the caution label printed on the cap itself?
