Missing and no turbo spool?
I have an 05 i just finished putting the cab back on and i changed the fuel filter in the frame while it was off. Started the truck after everything seemed to be primed and it ran then sputtered and smoked so i turned it off and let it reprime and it seemed to idle fine. Went to test drive it and it took off good then it was like it started missing, it acts like its not getting enough fuel??? And it takes a while for the turbo to spool (because of lack of fuel I think). Any ideas??

Batteries shouldn't have anything to do with it once it's running. Probably just some residual air in the lines. Once it bleeds out, you should be fine. What about the delay in spooling? Is it barely noticeable from before or is it a significant change?

i found the turbo prob it was a connector on top that came back loose, so it works fine now. When you put the truck in gear it shutters and when its in overdrive it shutters but it acts kinda like there is a miss but still it isnt throwing any codes??? I had the truck reprogamed today and i did the egr delete and it doesnt have the cel on is my comp messed up from low volt??
