no power to fuel pump or starter

Hope someone has seen this, ford techs have not. Truck died will driving,fuel pump will not run and starter will not crank. I can bypass starter relay and get the starter to turn over but no start up. I replaced ignition switch but no change. All gauges work, glowplugs work and all other electrical works. All fuses are good. I cannot locate a relay for the pump. Also took the PCM out of another truck and tried that, nothing. Have a fleet of powerstrokes and this has never happened to none of them. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

yea i had this same problem on my 7.3 and it was the fuel bowl heater would short out and pop a fuse but im not sure on the 6.0
