6.0 Hesitation/stumble

Need some help, I have a 6.0, 154,000 miles, SCT programmer with Aggressive street tune. 4 inch turbo back exhaust, drop in performance air filter.. My problem is i have a bad stumble/hesitation at 1/4 throttle. can be at any speed. If I give it more throttle it clears right up and hauls ***.. Its real bad when im cruising on the free way at 1/4 throttle.
Any help appreciated..

Patrick

mine did this and it was egr valve. I tried to clean it but didnt work. I forgot the site but you can get them for 180 i beleive on the internet compared to like 310 I think ford and thats about the same at local parts store to. It did this again and it was an injector. It did this for about two months before it finally gave out and threw a code.

Sounds like a bad ICP sensor and pigtail. The harness gets oil soaked and read erratically. The sensor may be leaking oil onto the harness.
