goes into limp mode when put in full throttle

have an 03 6.0 with the early motor, truck has head studs, 50hp injectors, banks intercooler, torqueshift with suncoast rebuild and torque converter, custom tuner on SCT programmer, 4in exhaust and intake. When accelerator is pressed all the way to floor, downshifts twice in tow haul or touch the accelerator when engine is being carried at high rpms, it goes into a defuel stage and runs rough at idle. I loose most power (still above stock) and can't get it back until i restart the truck (moving or not lol) i never get any codes or check engine lights. I've replaced the high oil psi sensor twice now, and don't think it's caused by trans since it did it before and after overhaul. thanks lots!

Sounds like a tuning issue to me.

agreed! I know you have probably been running this tune for a while and it hasnt done it before but i would try switching the tune for a day or so and see if it does it. I had mine on a tune before for a few months then it started almost a lope idle, i switched the tune it went away, switched back to the tune that was acting up a few days later and havent had that problem since. No idea what caused the problem but it worked for me. I am running a Loonly tune.
