Tuner/fuel pump questions

[Stroke novice 03]

I posted over in the other forum, hoping maybe somebody here has some guidance for me.
First question is: My fuel pump fuse is good, but still no power at pump. Where does the power go from the fuse? Does it go to something else before it gets to the pump? It is an 03 6.0...I jumped power from the fuel heater to the pump power supply and she runs fine.
Second question is: the engine is bone stock and I want to install a tuner and intake upgrade. What is the recommended stuff to use? I know you guys out there have tried it all!
