no power chugs when cold

My work truck is a 2004 f250 6.0 when it is cold out side -25 wind chill the truck will loose all power driveing down the hiway. I need to pull over and rev it up to keep it going then I can go about three miles and here we go again new injectors and fuel pump last year. does good in town untill 40 mph or so please help me thank you!!!!!

You need a fuel additive to keep your fuel from gelling.

Running blended fuel and power service thats what is making us nuts. changed out fuel filters we will see what happens now!
