Don't have instructions on how to but if you go to the dealer you can get a repair kit that is much cheaper then the entire cooler. And this is the same thing the dealers are doing now a days. When you go to the dealer a diesel tech might be able to explain. When it was explained to me it sounded farly easy, maybe a couple hour job.
we sell an oil cooler rebuild kit and we provide direction on how to remove it, rebuild it and reinstall it, this kit comes with new seals and gaskets.
