runs rough on cold start

got just over 100k on the '07, dealer diagnosed the #4-6-7 injectors failing, going to try running some cleaner through the fuel, is there any additive that will help the high pressure oil side to possibly de sludge the injector, or any method to restore operation? if im faced with replacement, should they all be replaced, and where to buy, im hearing about a lot of this similar problem, thanks for any interest/replies.

I just had the same issue with my 03 6.0 and I found some people using hot shots secret to clean up the oil side and it fixed my "bad" injectors. Its like 60 bucks and I would switch to 5-40 synthetic oil if you dont run it already. just google it and you will get the website. I really suggest you try it before you do injectors, good luck
