Short and Simple and to the point would stuck vains and a 2003 6.0 PSD cause tons of black smoke to come out of my tail pipe??? and I mean it comes out all the time it doesnt matter at what speed im at but it normally starts around 20 MPH and stays blowing while i have my foot on the pedel, but if i get up to highway speeds 70 or 75 and set my curise control it doesnt blow as much smoke but still puffs a little all the time ????? PLEASE HELP ANY ADVICE???

Heavy black smoke is useually a too much fuel issue. One or more injectors is dumping fuel. You need to take it to some one who can scan and do a cylinder conntribution test.
From the description I would say a tip blown off or injector stuck open.

IT could be, but the truck would also have a lack of power and not build boost fast. Are you running a chip? If so what kind, every little detail helps.

Im running a diablo sport preditor on the 100 hp tune even with the tune off of the truck it still does it.

Stuck vanes...it would be slugish to start until it built up boost. But it will dump black smoke but usually go away once boost is built. EGR valve could be sticking.. That will cause alot of black smoke but a lack of power.

It does have a lack of power but i have a EGR Cooler delete kit on it so what purpose does the EGR Valve itself still serve ??

I'm gonna say check all your IC boots.. One of them probably popped off or has a tear in it.
