04 f250 with whitesmoke + loss of power

Alot of white smoke at startup and idling even when warm. from stand still engine has loss of power untill it gets up to about 15-20 mph then it will take off with no problems when warm. when its cold it will barely move. smoke doesnt smell like it usually does... had ford fix a bad injector about 20K ago and replace all the fluids.

any help? i am pretty new to the diesel seen.
