Loud blowing noise at over 2000 rpm.

I have recently heard a loud blowing noise coming from the engine compartment of my 6.0 when I hit 2k. It happens only when I drive normal. I thought I had a boost leak but the truck runs hard at WOT and the boost gauge shows nothing.

Any idea? Truck runs fine btw.

Did some WOT passes today and the truck is only showing 27 psi on the stock gauge.
