turbo lag

ok so i have noticed lately that if i am stoped and go from brake straight to gas on the floor and it takes like 4 or 5 secs for it to start going any where i mean its like i just let off the brake and started coasting. it didn't use to do this i use to be able to floor it and it would damn near spin over my 36's from a dead stop. truck has egr delete, intake, straight pipe, stock tune, should have latest flash from ford and turbo has been cleaned in the last 4k miles.
i have access to a IDS so i can get some readings if any one would like to know to help me with this.

i have also noticed that when starting it takes a little longer to fire up most the time it may take 4-5 cycles to fire up and every now and then it will fire up first cycle. don't know if they are related but thought i would throw that in there
