smell of antifreeze

i have a 2005 f-250 6.0 liter diesel and when i stop i smell antifreeze in the air condition vents. you cant smell it under the hood and dont smell it while driving. does anyone know what might be causing this?????

sounds almost like a heater core pukin'. is the carpet on the pass. side damp?

tough to say....if its coming throught the vents, it could be a heater core, you could also have something under the hood causing a little to get into the air intake system for the cab......just take her in and let the warranty take care of it........Marc
