Please help me fix this truck

Ok guys my truck is running hot when there is a load behind it .and in the morning it runs a lil rough . Cranks fine and run great after it's warm . I've deleted the egr cooler . It has a new thermostat . And radiator is clean inside and out . Please any ideas would be great

How hot? How heavy of a load? Has it ever overheated? Have you had headgasket issues in the past?

when it goes hot it spikes all the way out pegs the needle . and the load is only a jeep or my boat which is only 21 feet. no never had gaskets but i figure gaskets would overheat all the time

get a pressure check on the coolant system to check for blown gaskets. Whats the coolant level like
