100k plus 6.0 lose of power the last three months

i'm new to the site so bare with me.

I have on 05' f350 psd 6.0 with 108,000 miles on it. I am the second owner of the truck. the first owner was a ford service tech who passed away. i have changed fluids regliously. the only upgrades to the truck are a banks air intake, rims and tires. i have not had any problems with power and fuel milage untill the last 3500 miles or soo. Im past factory warrenty. i have not had the head gaskets changed, i did have a bad ficm about 60,000 miles that was upgrades and replace by ford.

I'm thinking i need to replace the head gaskets. and if i have to i want arp studs done. i also would like the injectors checked and the hpop as well. the last week or so i have noticed a lil blood from my truck in my drive way.

i live in new jersey, and looking for opitions on what to do. HELP is needed.

if any more info is needed i will do my best.
