What should i do?

Well my truck is at the dealer and they are going to replace the egr cooler-oil coolers-and the head gaskets for the second time,my truck is an 06 6.0 with 65000 miles on it,my question is should i just let them fix it under warranty again and drive away until they break,or should i pull it out of their and have somebody put in the egr delete and arp head studs,i love this truck but i dont want to keep popping head gaskets,and the dealer wont do the studs or delete.
