6.0 woes

2004 6.0 with straight pipe exhaust and egr delete when driving about 45 miles per hour it feels like the engine will not go and it is jumping and bucking but if i mash the pedal to the floor it will get up and go

check to see if you ICP sensor is leaking oil.

it looks to be ok do you think i can change it without pulling turbo
