rocker arm? help please?

i had a diablo sport predator in my 6.0 and then it wouldnt start puff white smoke. well i got it fixed got the chip out of it. turns out it was rocker arms. whuen i would be going in the 50mph range the shift in a low gear my truk would start hopping like its not getting enough fuel. but now i need to find some one who can replace rocker arms. but now i feel like i need to replace all of them. when i start my truck up on a cold morning and puffs white/blue smoke for about a min and then stops. but when it warms up it feels like the truck is missing and you can hear it. when i put it in drive and step on the gas the truk does not go any where fast like it should (stock). i have no idea.
