Little puff of smoke on start up?

I've noticed that when I start my truck now theres a little puff of smoke (looks black/gray) that comes out right after the exhaust starts to whistle. I've never noticed it before, but Ive never looked for it before so I'm not sure if its normal or not. I just recently started noticing because the other morning (cold and rainy and had sat outside for about a day) the truck was puffing out a lot while it was cranking up and then when it had started it stopped. I just want to make sure that theres not anything wrong with my truck is all. Any ideas?

Sounds normal to me in the colder weather.

You should drop by the Carolina Powerstroke Association section if you're interested.

Pm me if you need any help

Ok, yesterday was pretty cold in the morning and I just went out and treid it (I'm up in Clemson, about 55-60 degrees outside) and there was just a little puff again. I'm assuming that its normal because it doesnt puff out any mroe after that (unless my right foot gets a little heavy)
