Missing

I have a 04 kingranch F-250 that has started missing like a gas truck. Acts like it is running on four cylinders on cold start up. Once it warms up and gets on the highway and runs down the road it clears up and is fine. when the truck sets and cools off the problem comes back. No codes and a power pup from bully dog with out look monitor.
