Turbo oil question please help

I just pulled my turbo to get at other issues. I noticed a fair amount of oil/grease on the passenger side outlet hose/pipe. This I believe goes to the intercooler. The section that attaches to the intercooler seems oily too.

Is this normal? I know oil runs to the turbo for lube etc. Should some make it out that far?

Sorry for the basic description as I'm an amateur playing mechanic.

2004 Ford Excursion.
6.0L eaking coolant.

The oil on there is coming from the blow-by that comes from the crankcase breather. The only way to stop it permanently is the ccv mod. CCV Mod I have never seen one in action but several people on here swear by them. And then replace your oily boots.

thanks for the super fast reply.
My main concern was that something was not working properly and oil was being pumped into the intercooler.

I'll look up the CCV Mod. Hopefully it's no something I decide to pursue later that means I have to get all the way back into the turbo. Took me two hours to get the three bolts off the turbo to get it loose.
