I own a 2004 ford f250 6.o diesel 4x4 automatic . The truck has trouble starting off . You have to push the throttle all the way down to make it start goin .. but we let it sit up for about a month and went out and it was driving fine for one day then starting doing it again.. the tow haul light flashes and somtimes u can gas it and it wont even throttle up it just idles. please help thanks this is all about the transmission..

Get a puter on it and see what codes are coming up, haven't a clue until ya check codes, check trans fluid when cold and hot, easy stuff is to drop pan and check for steel on the magnet, but if its flashing codes then I would def start there. How many miles, do you a tow alot, how heavy of stuff do you tow, does it have a trans temp gauge ect. Need history of it too to diagnose it.
