6.0 white smoke, knocking, no power

My brother has an 06 6.0, not 100% sure on the mialege but its its around 60,000 i believe. 4" turbo back exhuast, xdi intake, sct with custom tunes. He normally babies it. Well on his way home from work today it just lost power, started smoking white real bad and knocks so bad it sounds like a gmc 6.5 Apearantly blow by is resent when oil fill cap is removed. He says smells like raw fuel, yet oil smells only like oil. Not using coolant. Checked and changed fuel filters, oil changes are done every 3,000mi. Truck wouldnt even power its self up a flatbed. Just no power and lots of white smoke. Any one have any clues?

Check codes and see what's there. My guess is an egr code. Probably carbon from babying it too much.
