03 6.0 0284 and 0603 code please help

my 03 6.0 has run the best for 3 years and 60,000 miles till yesterday. drove 20 miles turned it off for 2 hours,started it up and it was missing. drove home missing and bucking? pulled the codes and got a p 0284 cylinder/balance fault, and an 0603 internal control module kam error? i never abuse or hot rod my truck. change all oil and filters on a regular basis. any help would be greatly appreciated! thanks

figured it out... injector was going south. did a little research and installed it myself. runs like a champ again!
