starting slow

I have an 06F350 with a 6.0 and sometimes when it starts it runs at very low rpm's sometimes it comes up to normal but sometimes i have to shut it down and start over and then i might have to do this several times. Anyone have any idea what could cause this ?

sometimes mine will start but its like a really slow idle then it smooths out it weird

Yea mine will do the same thing most of the time it catches up and runs fine but sometimes it acts stipid and won't catch up.
