Ok, I have a 07 F250 Super Duty, 6.0 Turbo, 4 inch exhaust, K&N Box and filter, Edge Juice Attitude with Monitor, 42,000+ miles. Couple weeks ago, engine light came on, Juice showed code P0402 Exhaust Gas Recirculation Flow Excessive Detected, cleaned EGR, ran fine for about a week and then came on again.
Cleared the code and if driving on the highway, no problems. If driving around town a bit, same code will pop up. Was going to clean it again but on Friday night after work, got into truck, turned on key and no glow plug light came on. Engine would crank fine but no diesel was getting in. Had it towed home, next day, noticed glow plug light would come on but had to jump start due to low batteries. Now the code news. Juice shows the following codes (in order, looked up some of the names on the WEB):P0230 Fuel Pump Primary Circuit Malfunction P0230 Fuel Pump Relay Driver Fail (This is from the Diesel code list) P0237 Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low P0237 Turbo Boost Sensor A Circuit Low Input (This is from the Diesel code list) P0402 Exhaust Gas Recirculation Flow Excessive Detected P115A Low Fuel Level Forced Limited Power U0105 Lost Communication With Fuel Injector Control Module U0155 Lost Communication With Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) Control Module U0306 Software Incompatibility with Fuel Injector Control Module Ran a diagnostics on the Juice Attitude and it has codes: P0004, P0008. Can’t find what these are. Truck is now running but wonder if I need to take it to the dealer. Any suggestions? |
