Hey- I have an 03 Excursion that I think might be having the same problem that you are. When I am driving it, I feel a loss of power and if I dog the crap out of it- it runs like **** the first couple of times I stand on it- then it will run like there is nothing wrong. But if I just drive it normal shortly thereafter the problem comes back. Does that sound like yours?

somewhat, but as it is acting up if i punch it it will downshift and spool up normal and pull hard. it seems to only act up when im crusing, or accellerating normal, not under hard accelleration. it doesn't drop RPM's much just turbo boost. and the problem is intermittent. didn't even happen the past couple days. ???
