Need Help
As i was stoped at a long stop light my truck reved up about 4 times in a roll and then went back to normal. Any ideas on why and what this might be? EGR maybe it just was cleaned around 500 miles or so.

Sorry, man...not ignoring you...just don't have any ideas. Could you explain in a little more detail how it was revving?
